At Melourgia, we know that every floral species produces nectar or honeydew in distinct seasons, so we do multiple harvests each year to produce:
Pine Honey
Forest and Wildflower Honey
Thyme Honey
Citrus Honey
In addition, we harvest the pollen that our bees collect, which is a great source of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and protein.

Judges describe it as:
“Deep golden brown, almost the color of treacle, and so smooth in the mouth with a perfect level of sweetness. The deeply rich caramel notes work around the mouth, coating the tongue with hints of spice-perhaps nutmeg-teasing us as they evolve. The long finish is refined and gentle but wonderfully complex. It has a medicinal flavor profile with floral mountain pasture notes…a woody aroma with flavors that are delicious and not at all sweet.
